What You Will Lead
Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns. Support compilation and review engagements, ensuring compliance with professional standards. Provide proactive tax planning and advisory to support client goals. Oversee and improve client accounting systems and internal controls. Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based client relationships. Mentor and train junior accounting staff. What You’ll Bring
Active CPA license preferred. 3–5 years of experience in public accounting (tax, compilations, reviews, and advisory). Solid technical knowledge of tax laws, accounting principles, and compliance standards. Proficiency with UltraTax, Thomson Reuters CS Suite, QuickBooks, and related systems. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and complex entities. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Collaborative, professional, and service‑oriented work style. Compensation & Benefits
