Procore Billing Specialist – On‑Site, Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $85,000–$110,000 per year.

Role Overview Our project business with large electrical contractors and GCs is growing fast in the Las Vegas market. We need a Procore‑savvy billing specialist who can turn complex project activity (POs, BOM, releases, deliveries, change events, retainage) into clean, timely invoices – and get cash in the door while protecting lien rights and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Invoice Management – Create, send, and track invoices, ensuring they are accurate and timely.
Payment Processing – Receive, sort, and apply payments accurately in the system.
Client Communication – Address and resolve client questions and issues related to billing.
Financial Reporting – Generate reports of billing data to provide insights into project financial health.
Software Proficiency – Utilize the Procore platform for billing and related tasks, including modules for invoice management and payment tracking.
Stakeholder Collaboration – Work with various internal teams, such as project managers and finance departments, as well as external stakeholders like clients and subcontractors.
Qualifications
BA Degree preferred (Accounting, Business Administration, etc.)
3+ years in construction billing or project accounting (A/R)
2+ years hands‑on experience with Procore pay apps or customer submission via Procore/portals.
Working knowledge of AIA billing, Bills of Materials, retainage, and change‑order workflows.
Technical proficiencies: ERP (Prophet 21, Epicor Eclipse, NetSuite, SAP); Advanced Excel (pivots, XLOOKUP, text functions); PDF tools and e‑signature platforms.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Nevada billing/compliance nuances (prelims, lien waivers) or willingness to ramp quickly.
Background with electrical contractors or electrical distribution strongly preferred (you know releases, job accounts, and ticketing).
Experience with customer billing portals (e.g., Textura, GCPay) and EDI/CSV invoice uploads.
Basic understanding of sales/use tax on construction materials and stored‑material documentation.
