Handle transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, construction & development, financing, and real estate investment across a variety of property types and industry sectors. Contribute to matters at both local and national levels within a highly supportive environment. Demonstrate strong legal writing and drafting skills, attention to detail, and a client‑service orientation in a team setting. Work with colleagues to manage matter budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Submit required application materials: cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and a brief writing sample. Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant transactional real estate experience. Excellent law school academic record. Strong legal writing and drafting abilities. Enthusiasm for the practice of real estate law; attention to detail; strong work ethic; and ability to work well in a team. Benefits and Compensation
Compensation range: $260,000 to $390,000 annually (depends on qualifications and experience). Eligible for annual discretionary bonus; 401(k); medical, dental, and vision insurance; personal medical and parental leave; up to ten paid holidays; and family care benefits.
