We are representing a prestigious, global law firm seeking a midlevel associate to join their Real Estate practice in Denver. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled attorney with 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, borrower-side financing, leasing, portfolio or multi-site purchases or sales transactions, title and survey review, and general transactional due diligence.
The successful candidate will take on significant responsibilities and have the opportunity to lead complex real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate transactional documents, including acquisition and financing agreements, leases, and title and survey documents. Lead commercial real estate transactions and provide strategic guidance for clients in multifamily, logistics, industrial, office, and retail properties. Oversee and mentor junior associates in deal execution and document preparation. Manage negotiations and collaborate with clients on joint ventures, fund formation, and corporate law matters. Conduct due diligence and provide guidance on transactional issues across a range of real estate projects. Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate law, including acquisitions, financing, leasing, and due diligence. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to take a lead role on transactions and manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience in joint ventures, fund formation, and corporate law is a plus. Must be admitted, or eligible for admission, to the Colorado Bar. Compensation
Base Salary Range: $220,000 – $275,000/year (based on experience and qualifications). Discretionary bonuses may also apply. How To Apply
