Role Description Apex Commercial is seeking driven and experienced Utah-licensed commercial real estate agents to join our high-performing team in Salt Lake City, UT. This is a full-time, 100% commission-based position for professionals specializing in industrial warehouse or retail investment sales and leasing. As an Apex agent, you’ll work directly with buyers, sellers, and investors to close deals efficiently and profitably — leveraging the support of an integrated company network and a team that’s invested in your growth. Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through social media, direct marketing, and professional networking Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and the buying/selling process Negotiate and manage the entire sales or leasing process on behalf of clients Coordinate with appraisers, inspectors, lenders, and other vendors to ensure smooth transactions Handle contracts and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborate with Apex’s capital markets, development, and asset management teams to deliver complete client solutions Why Join Apex
