Real Estate Practice

Compensation Base pay range:
$235,000.00/yr - $390,000.00/yr

About the Role We are looking for an associate with
2–6 years of experience
in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, portfolio or multi-site deals, title and survey review, and general transactional due diligence.
Candidates with additional experience in one or more of the following areas are especially encouraged to apply:
Restaurant operations
Office leasing
Responsibilities
Take the lead role on real estate transactions
Draft and negotiate core transactional documents
Manage complex projects and coordinate with clients directly
Oversee and support junior associates as needed
Qualifications
Strong academic credentials
Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage a fast-paced workload in a collaborative environment
Diligent, detail-oriented, and proactive team player
Admission to (or eligibility for) the
Utah Bar
Competitive compensation
($235,000 – $390,000).
Practice Overview The team represents a broad range of clients — from developers and institutional investors to retailers, REITs, and private owners — across diverse property types including multifamily, logistics, industrial, office, energy, and retail (including mixed-use developments).
