Sr Specialist Lead - Elevator, based at the Coors Brewery in Golden, Colorado. You will participate in Area Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings, execute the daily plan, and report results from the previous 24 hours (project management, breakdowns, maintenance insights). You will own the Maintenance, Planning and Scheduling System for the elevator and high voltage teams, lead the scheduling of maintenance work, update Maintenance Technical Documentation as needed, and report to the Line Lead – Facilities. Responsibilities
Support development and lead portions of Line Daily Direction Setting, 90-Day loss-elimination plans, and the annual maintenance plan. Provide leadership for the development of maintenance strategies for elevator maintenance and high voltage equipment. Drive improvements in equipment reliability, availability, and maintainability to optimize asset life cycle. Own the breakdown elimination DMS and drive results in planned and unplanned downtime; facilitate problem solving and failure investigations using the Breakdown Elimination DMS. Serve as a coach and resource for the area team; actively participate in Area DDS-DMS meetings and execution of maintenance plans. Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team members, support engagement, performance management, and other leadership responsibilities as assigned. Respond to business needs on a 24/7 basis with coverage support from teammates in similar roles. Collaborate with the Facilities Line Lead to set direction and deliver results aligned with plant and company goals. Help cover Facilities Line Lead during vacations or meeting conflicts. Organize on-call schedules with the elevator team to ensure 24/7 coverage and communicate with security. Coordinate yearly state inspections of elevators. Support the Elevator Certification Process (CET) and drive its logistics (training materials, tools, PPE, coordination with CET-S trainer, etc.). Own QRP/Safety Near Miss documentation for the team; assist during IPS/UPS events related to elevators. Qualifications / Key Ingredients
Proven track record of achievement in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment. Experience driving World Class Supply or Manufacturing Initiatives to meet challenging objectives. Experience in asset care/maintenance with background in maintenance planning & scheduling. Leadership experience with small to medium-sized teams preferred. Ability to manage complex projects quickly, with strong understanding of business priorities. Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills to achieve outcomes.
