City of New York . **Minimum Qualifications:** A master's degree in economics, statistics, finance, management, business administration, public administration, public policy, or a related field; or A baccalaureate degree with 24 semester credits in relevant courses and one year of full-time experience in finance, economic, fiscal, statistical research, policy analysis, or related fields. **Responsibilities:** Assist in monitoring the division's $118 million annual operating budget. Support budget exercises, funding identification, and expenditure management. Manage budget databases, coordinate with vendors, and process purchase requisitions. Work closely with other units to support grant funds and perform special projects. **Preferred Skills:** Understanding of FMS2 and FMS3 systems. Experience with NYC budget processes, MS Office, vendor relations, and invoice processing. **Additional Information:** This position is open to candidates eligible under the 55-a Program and those with a disability.
