This is a contract and remote role for a Real Estate Appraiser. The Real Estate Appraiser will be responsible for conducting residential appraisals, analyzing property data, and producing accurate valuation reports via ValueNet's proprietary software. Qualifications

Must be a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser Access to local MLS listings Familiarity with appraisal software and technology Excellent written and verbal communication skills with adherence to turn times Ability to work independently and remotely Certification or licensure in real estate appraisal (required) Seniority level
