to analyze and prepare financial information that supports accounting and financial analysis for FedEx companies.
Essential Functions
Compile, analyze and prepare financial and statistical information.
Prepare consolidated reporting and support reporting in compliance with SEC rules and regulations.
Interpret and support users of financial statements.
Design and enhance financial reporting systems.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Specific Responsibilities
Prepare quarterly Form 10-Q and annual Form 10-K.
Prepare consolidated financial statements and statement of cash flows.
Draft footnote disclosures, MD&A disclosures, and XBRL information.
Create GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists.
Maintain strong cross‑functional relationships.
Implement SOX 404 control framework procedures.
Assist in external audit.
Lead or participate in special projects and ad‑hoc requests.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance.
Five years of financial reporting and analysis experience in a large public accounting firm or complex public company.
Experience with automated financial systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Workiva experience.
Compensation $5,638.08 per month – $11,276.15 per month.
Location Memphis, TN (relocation may be considered).
