Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) in Western MA. The role involves obtaining Securities Industry licenses and developing foundational advisory skills to help clients with financial planning and solutions, with opportunities to advance within Bank of America and Merrill after achieving milestones. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements for residential mortgage originations. Job Description

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will begin by obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 exams through dedicated classes. You will learn to acquire, build and manage client relationships, assess a client’s financial picture, and provide advice and solutions to help them achieve their financial goals while maintaining a humanized approach. After reaching key milestones, you will work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care. The Academy supports you with programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey. Upon successful progression, you may advance to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II and other roles within Bank of America and Merrill. This position includes the SAFE Act registration and background check process. Failure to obtain or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination. Compensation:

Base pay range is $28.00/hr - $33.00/hr. This range is provided by Bank of America; actual pay will be based on skills and experience. Responsibilities

Build a successful career through training and onboarding programs. Receive coaching from Academy managers focused on your success. Grow knowledge through a defined consultative approach to identify client needs and solutions. Earn SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (or 63 & 65 as alternatives) with defined timelines (SIE within 30 days; Series 7 & 66 within 120 days). Develop and manage client relationships in a financial center. Provide end-to-end financial advice, client reviews, and strategy recommendations to help clients meet goals and priorities. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with Bank of America and Merrill solutions. Required Qualifications

Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self-discipline in managing time and capacity. Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions. Ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results-driven mindset with a client-centric approach in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications. Desired Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Schedule

Monday – Friday with rotating Saturdays Additional Information
