Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate for the Western MA Market. This role builds foundational securities industry licenses and delivers comprehensive financial solutions to clients.
Base pay range $28.00/hr - $33.00/hr

As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you will obtain Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 licenses through dedicated training. You will learn the foundational skills to acquire, build, and manage client relationships, assess complex financial pictures, and provide humanized advice.
After reaching key milestones, you will help deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions at a financial center. Success as a Stage I advisor typically leads to progression to Stage II, where you deepen relationships within a client portfolio. The Academy supports your career journey with programs, tools, and resources.
This position requires SAFE Act registration. All employees involved in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system, remain in good standing, and complete the SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to maintain registration may result in immediate termination.

Provide end‑to‑end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews and presentations, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals.
Collaborate with core banking and investment partners, connecting clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions.
Required Qualifications
Experience obtaining required industry licenses.
Self‑disciplined time and capacity management.
Experience cultivating client relationships and recommending solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Results‑driven mindset prioritizing client interests in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Adaptability to new technology or applications.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or at least one year of financial services industry or sales experience.
Schedule Monday – Fridays and rotating Saturdays.
Hours per Week 40
