We are seeking a Growth Analyst to support our team in uncovering insights that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about turning metrics into meaningful business action. Responsibilities
Analyze product, marketing, and user data to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement. Support experimentation efforts by designing and evaluating A/B tests and other data-driven initiatives. Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs across the user funnel, campaigns, and customer lifecycle. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop hypotheses and measure the impact of growth initiatives. Assist in developing segmentation strategies and reporting frameworks to support personalization and targeting efforts. Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a data or growth analytics role. Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Amplitude, GA4). Understanding of product funnels, experimentation frameworks, and growth metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention). Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Comfort working cross-functional with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET). Benefits
