Role Overview ID.me is seeking a strategic and impact‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate adoption, transactions, and retention across our ecosystem. You’ll own strategy and execution across key paid and organic channels—including social, influencers, digital/programmatic, SEM, and emerging platforms—managing budgets, optimizing performance, and translating insights into scalable growth frameworks.
This role blends analytical rigor with creative intuition—uncovering insights and delivering high‑performing, full‑funnel campaigns that drive measurable growth. Partnering closely with Data Science, Product, and Creative teams, you’ll test new ideas, refine audience strategies, and uncover opportunities to improve conversion and lifetime value at every stage of the customer journey.

Responsibilities
Launch, manage, and optimize full‑funnel paid campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube, digital partnerships, influencers) —from awareness to conversion—in partnership with PMM, Product, Design, Data Science, and external partners.
Develop, test, and iterate creatives, copy, targeting, CTA, landing pages, and conversion flows to improve overall funnel performance.
Project‑manage end‑to‑end campaign development, from concept through launch and optimization.
Manage full‑funnel performance metrics—from reach and engagement to LTV and CAC—to identify opportunities that drive efficiency and scalable growth.
Lead growth experiments and A/B tests—defining hypotheses, building measurement frameworks, analyzing results, and scaling winning strategies.
Collaborate with Data Science to enhance LTV modeling, predictive bidding, and cross‑channel analytics, translating insights into actionable optimizations.
Build and refine growth tooling, automation systems, and optimization algorithms in partnership with Engineering and Data Science.
Partner with Design to develop AI‑first creative systems that accelerate experimentation and deliver breakthrough performance across channels.
Work closely with PMM, Product, Design, Data Science, and Engineering to align campaign strategies with business goals and deliver a cohesive user experience.
Influence cross‑functional roadmaps by bringing forward insights, trends, and opportunities that shape ID.me’s paid media and growth strategy.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing roles.
Hands‑on experience managing multi‑channel paid campaigns (e.g., Meta, Google, influencers) and optimizing funnels to optimize CAC and drive measurable growth.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with measurement tools (Google Analytics, BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Mixpanel, and experimentation platforms).
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, MarTech, Design, and Data Science teams.
Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and campaign optimization.
Ability to thrive in zero‑to‑one environments—comfortable building, scaling, and optimizing paid channels at significant budgets.
Familiarity with AI‑driven marketing tools, creative ops automation, and workflow engineering.
Experience leading agency, contractor, and platform relationships—setting clear goals, driving accountability, and maximizing performance.
