Senior Home Lending Advisor - Chandler, AZ
Join our team as a Senior Home Lending Advisor in Chase Home Lending and apply your knowledge of home lending products to be the main point of contact for customers throughout the life of the loan. The Home Lending team supports you by sharing expertise in this area. You will adhere to regulatory requirements while marketing and promoting the financial products offered by Chase. Responsibilities
Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services.
Work with bankers, meet with customers, and introduce new clients to bankers for additional products and services.
Collaborate with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using centralized marketing efforts (direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell programs, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing initiatives).
Develop a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories) and operate within formal and dotted-line reporting relationships.
Serve as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintain strong customer relationships.
Exhibit consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and the customer’s financial needs and goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate
3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking
Knowledge of the local real estate market
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines
Preferred Qualifications
FHA/VA sales experience
Marketing, relationship-building, and consulting skills
Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment
Regulatory and Compliance This position is subject to regulatory requirements including the Federal Deposit Insurance Act, the Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualifications for Loan Originators, and SAFE Act registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System. Employment may be contingent on background checks, credit history, and other compliance requirements as applicable. Active NMLS registration may be required after start date, with ongoing renewal and updates as necessary.
