Senior Home Lending Advisor - Phoenix Metro. Join our team to use your knowledge of home lending products as the primary contact for customers throughout the life of the loan, while adhering to regulatory requirements and promoting Chase financial products. This role offers an opportunity to grow your career and make a significant impact on the business. Responsibilities

Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services. Works with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services. Collaborates with the team to create an outstanding customer experience using marketing and lead-generation efforts (direct mail, media advertisements, cross-sell efforts, relocation programs, statement programs, Chase.com, electronic newsletters, outbound lead sourcing, and other marketing initiatives). Develops a strong partnership with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations (in footprint territories) and functions within formal and dotted-line reporting structures. Establishes role as the internal and external mortgage expert and maintains good relationships with customers. Exhibits consultative skills to provide recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and understanding of the customer\'s financial needs, goals, and circumstances. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate 3+ years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking Knowledge of real estate market in local area Excellent written and oral communication skills Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

FHA/VA sales experience Marketing, promoting, relationship building, and consulting skills Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment Regulatory and Compliance

This position is subject to the Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators.
