As a Solutions Consultant at Polimorphic, you’ll be at the intersection of technology, sales, and public impact. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to uncover prospect needs, design tailored demonstrations, and guide government leaders through solution strategies that map to their mission priorities. You’ll translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value stories that accelerate deals and set the foundation for long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

Support the sales cycle: Partner with Account Executives in discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, and value alignment. Deliver compelling demos: Configure and present tailored demonstrations that show how Polimorphic can solve real-world government challenges. Guide solution strategy: Translate agency mission goals into technical solution roadmaps, ensuring alignment with implementation realities. Own technical credibility: Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security reviews with confidence, articulating both technical depth and business value. Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering to shape solutions, improve hand-offs, and provide product feedback. Influence adoption and expansion: Act as a trusted advisor who positions Polimorphic not just as a vendor but as a long-term partner for digital transformation. Stay ahead of the market: Maintain expertise in SaaS, APIs, integrations, and trends in government technology, compliance, and citizen engagement. Qualifications:

2+ years in Sales, Solutions Consulting, or related pre-sales roles (govtech preferred). Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and data concepts. Demonstrated ability to translate technical features into mission-driven outcomes. Experience supporting complex sales cycles, ideally involving government entities. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of building trust with diverse stakeholders—from IT staff to city managers and elected officials. A proactive, consultative mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities. Ability to travel as needed (likely 20 - 30%). Competitive salary, commission structure, and equity in the company.
