Overview

Solutions Engineers are the trusted advisors of the customer.

By identifying areas of applicability, defining value by adoption, and helping leadership see business outcomes by expansion, Solutions Engineers are responsible for making a compelling case for product growth within the customer organization. You will partner with our Customer AI Engineers (CAE) and Strategic Account Executives (SAE) on complex and technical engagements to grow enterprise accounts. The Solutions Engineering team serves as the technical leader throughout the pre-sales and post-sales customer success journey. The team possesses a deep understanding of the product and its connection to the customer’s aspirations through occasional PoVs. Your mission is to understand our clients\' requirements and technical challenges, and to design and implement solutions that leverage the full potential of our platform to enable them to achieve their localization goals. The SE team bridges Product & Engineering with customer-facing teams, ensuring the product stays ahead of competition and aligned with market trends.
