We are seeking a remote Sr. Technical Consultant to join our team to support our clients with their UKG Pro WFM system, with primary focus on UKG Boomi Integration Development and support for integration configuration in UKG Pro WFM. What you’ll do
Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment Mentor Technical Consultants through their first projects and delegate solutioning as needed Build meaningful relationships with clients and internal team members to provide technical knowledge of Boomi and UKG Pro WFM Review technical requirements to assess estimates for Statements of Work Troubleshoot integrations to resolve client issues Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed How you’ll be measured
Maintaining target utilization rate Maintaining Boomi Professional Developer Certification Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet requirements Mentoring Technical Consultants and delegating functional solutions to others Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, CSAT scores, and customer retention Managing day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping and maintaining your book of business What we offer you: Benefits & Culture

Need to haves: Bachelor’s degree in computer science/related field or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience across UKG Boomi Integration Development, Data Conversion, Database/SQL Development, and Custom Application Development Hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM Hands-on experience with UKG Boomi Integration Development Experience in business analysis, specification and requirement documentation, quality assurance, and testing Nice to haves: Advanced knowledge of SQL UKG Pro or other Human Capital Management software experience Equal Opportunity Employer
