Our amazing finance team is growing and we׳re looking for a highly motivated Payroll Controller to join us. About The Role

Support the payroll administration process in an accurate and timely manner Collect and update data into the payroll system including time logs of the employees Work out social funds, tax and national insurance deductions Process new employees and employment terminations paperwork Maintain a high degree of service and confidentiality Work closely with the various teams to ensure accurate employee data and resolve payroll-related inquiries Identify areas for improvement in payroll processes and suggest solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy Your Experience & Skills

Certified Payroll Controller At least 5 years of experience in preparing/assisting payroll process in High-tech companies - Must Deep knowledge of Excel - Must Deep knowledge of Hilan - Must Deep knowledge of NetSuite - Must Strong knowledge of Israeli payroll laws and tax regulations Ability to prioritize duties, meet deadlines, and function as a team member to accomplish job functions Team player who can collaborate effectively with other departments.
