FIXED ASSET functions, including updating and maintaining asset balances in Excel spreadsheet tracker and Basset’s Fixed Asset software system, recording monthly depreciation expense, recording gains/losses on the sale or disposal of assets, and maintaining the company cap-ex list in Excel and Mission Control. TAX functions, including processing payment of payroll taxes and member distribution payments, filing quarterly and annual payroll tax forms, obtaining state and state unemployment tax accounts, etc. as necessary, processing and distributing employee W-2 forms, and processing and distributing annual supplier 1099-Misc & 1099-NEC Forms. ACCOUNT RECONCILIATION functions, including reconciling monthly bank statements, balance sheet accounts and various expense accounts. BUDGET / REFORECAST functions, including updating and maintaining the annual budget, quarterly reforecast templates and budget / forecast instructions, compiling the annual budget and quarterly forecast for review, and uploading approved budget and quarterly reforecast in the company’s ERP system. REPORTING functions, including building and maintaining various accounting reports via Advanced Reporter report builder, sending monthly budget / reforecast vs actual expense with variance reports to managers, and performing month-end and year-end close in the company ERP system. CASH FLOW functions, including building and maintaining the Excel company cash flow. SALES INVOICING functions, including review and approval of client mid-month and end of month invoices. CREDIT CARD functions, including review and approval of the monthly credit card journal entry. EXPENSE REPORT functions, including reviewing and approving expense reports. ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE functions, including compiling AR statements for client services group as requested and for the bi-weekly past-due accounts meeting. BANKING functions including performing bank transfers between checking and savings and vice versa. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT functions, including identifying opportunities to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency. SALES AND USE TAX functions, including monthly sales / use tax form submission and payment. The Staff Account Backup & Assists Duties

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE functions, including depositing checks and receiving ACH payments as necessary, and entering deposits in the company’s ERP system. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE functions, including receiving non-stocked PO items in the company ERP system. CREDIT CARD functions, including entering / uploading monthly credit card journal entries in the company’s ERP system. Assist with entering JOURNAL ENTRIES in ERP as necessary. TRAINING functions, including training employees as necessary. PAYROLL functions, including updating and maintaining payroll processing worksheet and obtaining wage allocation information from department managers. REPORTING functions, including preparing and presenting accurate and timely financial statements and other financial reports. Requirements
