We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This role will focus on daily accounting functions, account reconciliations, month-end close activities, and assist with payroll processing. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of basic accounting principles, is comfortable with spreadsheets and accounting software, and has some hands-on experience supporting payroll.
This role is fully onsite. Salary $65-80k/yr
Responsibilities:
Prepare and post journal entries for recurring and adjusting transactions Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts monthly Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed Assist with processing payroll, ensuring accuracy of employee data and deductions Requirements:
