Graduate Development Program – Construction Project Management Analyst (Los Angeles, CA) Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager to ensure the project is managed to the right quality standards and completed efficiently and on time. Manage individual tasks throughout the construction process, including submittal and RFI processes. Assist with preparing proposals for new projects or variations to existing projects. Establish effective project governance, processes and systems to be used throughout the project. Ensure key information and data are effectively shared and retained. Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and team members; interface with stakeholders including executive management, project team members, consultants and vendors. Assist with the flow of project information between team members and stakeholders. Attend relevant meetings, update and maintain current issues/actions logs; transcribe meeting minutes and drive items to closure. Develop detailed project plans, attend status meetings and follow up on completion status; assist with close-out of open items. Contribute monthly reporting on various aspects of the client’s program and prepare reports for multiple audiences (formal project management reports, executive dashboards, etc.). Support daily tasks such as submittal approvals, RFI processing, change order management, meeting coordination, punch-list management, project observation reports, commissioning participation, and transition of close-out documentation to operations. Assist with procurement of suppliers/resources as required. Monitor and assist the Project Manager with performance management techniques; monitor and report on project costs/spending and maintain cost tracking and earned value management systems. Liaise with the client’s finance team to obtain information and report on finance/cost data. Qualifications

0-2 years of industry experience Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree Preferred Degrees: Construction Management, Construction Science, Project Management, General Business Program Details

The Turner & Townsend Graduate Development Program is designed to provide recent graduates (less than two years of industry experience) opportunities to develop professional competencies and exposure to our services. The program is approximately two years in duration and is based in Los Angeles, CA. Compensation and Notice

Salary range for this full-time role: $70,000 – $97,000. Ranges are determined by role and level and reflect base salary only, not total compensation.
