Position Number:40099702

Salary: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Full-time 40 hours per week. Regular business hours 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday-Friday.

Security Requirement : Level 2 background screening (fingerprinting and law enforcement records).

Your Specific Responsibilities:

Serve as main point of contact and provide timely communication to local governments regarding awarded subrecipient agreement.

Perform preliminary document reviews, facilitate the tracking of agreements through department review, approval, execution, and close-out processes.

Work with subrecipients, Grants Coordinator, and consulting firm to draft, complete, or approve project scope of work.

Facilitate Teams meetings with local governments to ensure all required documentation is completed and meets compliance standards.

Maintain all files for each subrecipient project and provide support and guidance to local governments.

Notify management of any challenges or obstacles.

Approve reimbursement requests through DEO’s financial system (SERA).

Work with Bureau team members to increase efficiency, streamline processes, and ensure consistency between programs.

Compile and verify information for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Occasional traveling when required.

Other duties as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Ability to communicate and prepare documents, reports, and presentations in Microsoft Office programs.

Ability to organize and prioritize work assignments and effectively manage multiple tasks.

Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.

Ability to meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy, customer service, or ethics.

Ability to demonstrate excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Ability to demonstrate adaptability and flexibility while handling multiple projects.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour (depending on experience)
