Supporting team in daily activities, including shipping, editorial previews, influencer research, sample trafficking and organizing media lists. Maintaining the organization of the showroom samples and press reports Assisting with sample trafficking, new sample inventory and gifting initiatives Reviewing national and local publications and websites for editorial credits on a daily basis. Reviewing influencer and celebrity pages daily for placements. Assisting with maintaining database of influencers, editors and VIPs Coordinating messenger services and shipments General administrative duties Qualifications
Passion for and knowledge of fashion industry and public relations Experience working in a fast-paced office environment, exceptionally organized, demanding a high attention to detail, excellent written and communication abilities, eagerness to contribute, ability to adapt to and multitask in high pressure situations, strong sense of urgency and a genuine enthusiasm to learn and grow in a positive, collaborative work environment Strong understanding of influencer and VIP landscape. Writing skills. Prior PR experience preferred (1-2 years) Bachelor’s Degree Full-time, salaried position.
