Ripco Self-Storage is seeking a motivated and ambitious Investment Sales Associate to join our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our national expansion while promoting the Ripco Self-Storage brand. We provide our team members with the structure, support, and mentorship needed to maximize their potential and generate meaningful business opportunities.
Overview As an Investment Sales Associate, you will work closely with Director Jack Kaiser and Executive Vice President Chris Travis to support exclusive property listings, expand our market presence, and execute strategic marketing initiatives. This position is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for real estate and a desire to grow within a collaborative, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Participate with senior leadership to execute exclusive property listings.
Conduct property tours and engage potential buyers.
Generate and cultivate prospects for current and future listings.
Collaborate with senior team members and marketing to develop and implement listing strategies.
Maintain up-to-date market intelligence, including neighborhood trends, comps, and data for target areas.
Represent Ripco Self-Storage at networking events and industry conferences to promote our brand and listings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field; Real Estate License preferred.
1–2 years of experience in real estate brokerage or investment sales preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in underwriting, financial modeling, and market analysis.
Experience in lead generation and cold-calling.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Compensation
Full commission structure with accelerated splits and performance-based incentives.
