Financial Analyst Job Location: Hybrid - Candidate must be within commuting distance of Ft. Meade, MD. On-Site at HQ DISA Ft Meade two days per week Position Type: Full-Time/Regular enGenius Consulting Group Inc is looking for a seasoned Financial Analyst to provide support to the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). This support includes, but is not limited to: Independently review and prepare funding packages for appropriated funds (O&M, Procurement and RDT&E) as well as Defense Working Capital Funding using IE Financial Tracking System and FAMIS. Develop and maintain annual spend plans. Analyze, summarize, and identify trends and issues relating to budget execution and prepare variance analyses. Evaluate funding guidance and resource levels for adequacy in supporting program mission and objectives. Review and assess impact of changes in both functional and financial regulations, policies, and guidance. Consult management on budget strategies and techniques and use of financial management products. Mandatory Qualifications: Active SECRET security clearance required. Minimum 4 years of financial management experience Minimum 2 years of DoD financial management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Additional Qualifications (Desired): Working knowledge of DODPPBE processes, with emphasis on execution functions and funding packages for Appropriated and Defense Working Capital Funds.
