bathroomsofcharleston.com What You'll Do Frame, trim, and install carpentry elements for high-end bathroom remodels Assist with site prep, demolition, and aligning walls/floors after demo Install vanities, millwork, doors, and cabinetry to exact specifications Support tile setters and learn waterproofing/tile prep techniques Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites Coordinate with project managers and other trades to stay on schedule Use JobTread app for logging hours, uploading photos, and project notes What You Bring 3+ years of carpentry experience, ideally in remodeling or residential renovations Proficiency in framing, trim work, and cabinetry installs Pride in your work you care about details and getting it right Ability to follow direction, communicate professionally, and work on a team Basic understanding of construction best practices and code Familiarity with mobile project apps (JobTread is a plus) Clean appearance and strong work ethic clients trust us in their homes What We Offer $28$35/hr, based on experience and skill level Full-time, steady work year-round Clear paths for growth into lead roles or specialization (tile, waterproofing, etc.) Supportive team culture that values learning, respect, and accountability Future benefits include health insurance, paid time off, retirement contributions, and more Ready to Build with Purpose?
