This role is hands‑on, guiding builds from framing to fine finish work while upholding our commitment to impeccable quality, precision, and client satisfaction. The Lead Carpenter will collaborate closely with the production team, coordinate on‑site activities, and ensure every detail reflects our reputation for building homes of distinction. Who We Are

Perform all aspects of fine carpentry and general construction, including framing, insulation, drywall, trim, tile, and millwork. Build and install custom doors, windows, cabinetry, and built‑ins according to architectural plans. Measure, cut, and assemble materials with precision to meet high‑end finish standards. Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in line with company standards. Coordinate workflows with subcontractors, vendors, and other trades. Identify design or construction conflicts early and provide proactive solutions. Mentor junior carpenters and laborers to uphold craftsmanship standards. Report progress, material needs, and schedule updates to the Production and Field Operations Managers. Maintain daily logs or photo documentation of work as needed. Follow project scope and specifications, requesting clarification to prevent errors. Comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Inspect and maintain tools and equipment regularly. Promote safe practices for all personnel on‑site. Assist with post‑construction warranty or maintenance calls as needed. Represent the company professionally in all homeowner interactions. Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; vocational carpentry training preferred. 5+ years in high‑end residential construction or finish carpentry. Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting specifications. Skilled in both structural and finish carpentry methods. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient with construction hand tools and powered equipment. Familiar with Microsoft Office; PlanGrid or Bluebeam experience a plus. Spanish fluency is preferred. Physical Requirements

Lift and carry up to 70 lbs. Climb ladders and navigate active construction sites. Work in tight spaces or at heights as needed. Stand and work with hands for extended periods. Benefits
