This person will serve as a Scrum Master within the Digital team. Primary Responsibilities: Provide servant leadership for 1 or more Scrum Teams Facilitate team ceremonies – specifically Daily Stand-up, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo, and Sprint Retro Participate and provide updates in train ceremonies – specifically ART sync and Program Grooming Participate and drive execution in PI Planning Events Monitor, coach, and remove impediments to support day-to-day team activity Preferred Qualifications: Past history working with customer-facing mobile applications Past history working within the SAFe framework Past history working with UX / UI resources Past history working with DevOps groups Required Skills and Abilities: A qualified candidate will possess the following: Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Agile principles In-depth knowledge of the SAFe framework General Skills: Communication – Proven track record of facilitating team-level ceremonies and ability to demonstrate working knowledge of how to interact at the train level Project team leadership skills – Proven track record of successful delivery over the course of multiple Sprints. Scrum Master experience – At least 1 year of experience working as a Scrum Master; ability to demonstrate working knowledge of the SAFe framework
