As a Service & Support Specialist in the financial services industry, you will play a key role in supporting banking operations and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
Provide exceptional support to clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Qualifications
Five (5) years of experience in banking or financial services, with a focus on customer service and support.
Strong knowledge of banking operations and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
