The North America Global Business Solutions (NA GBS) team is a strategic and consultative partner to the largest advertisers and agencies in the world, helping them to develop TikTok solutions that build businesses and brands across our integrated suite of advertising products. About the Role: We are looking for a talented Business Operations Manager to join our team in New York. This role will own strategic program planning, management and execution across a select portfolio of North America-based Key Accounts in partnership with Key Account Leads/Directors, cross-functional partners and clients. The ideal candidate is a strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of sales and business operations, playing a critical role in enabling our sales teams and driving revenue growth by leading the development of scalable infrastructure and effective enablement initiatives. Responsibilities: Lead program planning, management, and delivery of global strategic projects and programs for TikTok's North America based clients, with a focus on ROI maximization and growth Create compelling GTM sales collateral and program materials to drive program awareness and engagement Own client program tracking, reporting, and budget management, ensuring effective program delivery, utilization and finances Partnering with our sales team, establish strong external relationships with our clients, acting as primary program operations and delivery contact for our strategic partnerships Serve as cross-functional liaison providing operational guidance to internal partners spanning creative, content, measurement, research, product, and finance Lead process improvements and new initiatives to elevate Business Operations team effectiveness, including optimizations of systems and business tools Analyze data and insights to inform strategic program plans, defining key objectives/KPIs and identifying growth opportunities Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in strategic program management in AdTech, digital advertising or programmatic media, with demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional projects Must be willing to work in New York, NY. Preferred Qualifications: Proven excellence in project management with experience in cross-functional team collaboration Prior experience working with Sales Teams in AdTech demonstrating a strong understanding of consultative selling processes and strategies for driving media investments Strategic thinking, business planning capabilities, and analytical skills Outstanding communication skills with a proven track record of influencing stakeholders and move teams to action Client-centric mindset with ability to work effectively across time zones and multicultural environments while thriving in fast-paced settings Results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence Experience building content or enablement materials for regional or global sales organizations TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives.
