Peraton is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and provide critical technical support for the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the architecture modeling environment, working in close coordination with the Lead Architect Modeler.
The selected candidate will ensure that the architecture server infrastructure — including database and license servers — is properly configured, optimized, and backed up to support a distributed architecture modeling team.
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Lead Architect Modeler to establish and configure the architecture server environment, including client-server setups for Cameo Enterprise Architect and related tools
Optimize server configurations to ensure efficient performance and reliable access for multiple users across the program
Troubleshoot architecture server issues, including connectivity, permissions, and performance problems
Manage and perform database backups to ensure data integrity and support continuity of operations
Support configuration management activities and enforce security and permission protocols across the network
Coordinate with IT security teams as required to maintain compliance with program policies
