HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: The Multilingual Community Outreach Coordinator supports program outreach and engagement initiatives through designing and coordinating community outreach and engagement events. Community engagement through presentations, education, consultations, meetings, workshops. Mobilize, engage, collaborate and partner with community organizations, faith institutions, governmental partners, individuals, families, and youth to implement community-led engagement and awareness processes. Facilitate culturally specific community assessment and data management. Report on outreach and engagement activities, data tracking and grant reporting. Maintain compliance with all relevant program/department requirements, including and not limited to adhering to all record-keeping and reporting requirements. Model and encourage direct, professional communication among staff members and facilitate development of a positive staff support network. Demonstrate awareness and sensitivity in the delivery of client services as it relates to the cultural and socioeconomic characteristics of the populations served. Other duties as assigned. HOW YOU WILL BE A GREAT FIT: HS diploma or equivalent Both spoken and written fluency in English and Arabic, Swahili, Rohingya, Kurdish, Spanish, Russian, or Ukrainian Experience planning, developing, and executing short and long-term collaborative projects Lived experience that enhances relatability to clients being served Credentials may be required depending on individual program or location requirements. This position requires reliable transportation for business purposes, such as between work locations and community settings Basic mastery of business applications and productivity suites Demonstrates resilience, awareness and self-regulation in navigating challenges, conflict and obstacles/barriers. Thrives in a diverse and multicultural environment; works with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance end-user experiences throughout the service lifecycle Demonstrates exceptional commitment to serving and advocating for diverse and marginalized populations Works in a variety of settings, including and not limited to LCSNW office locations, partner agency and community-based settings, client home/community settings, outdoor settings in varying weather conditions, and faith-based settings such as churches Meets LCSNW criminal background clearance requirements and other job-relevant clearances as required by the State or program Thank you!
