Duties
Oversee and manage a team of case managers for efficient case handling. Ensure clients receive appropriate and timely medical treatment. Handle settlement negotiations for high-value cases to achieve favorable outcomes. Review medical records and communicate with clients to document treatment progress. Collaborate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to negotiate settlements. Monitor case timelines to ensure smooth pre-litigation process progression. Provide guidance to case managers in gathering medical records and aligning treatment with case needs. Assess cases for settlement readiness and strategize negotiation approaches. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for pre-litigation cases. Requirements
Active license to practice law in California. 2+ years of experience in personal injury cases, focusing on high-valuation settlements. Strong understanding of personal injury law and medical treatment management. Proven negotiation skills with a track record of favorable settlements. Leadership experience in overseeing and mentoring a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Ability to analyze complex medical and legal documents. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage a high caseload. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications
