We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Controller to join our finance team and contribute to the strategic financial management of our organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards Preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts Develop and maintain comprehensive cost plans and calculations Monitor costs, evaluate financial performance, and identify areas for improvement Partner with cross-functional teams to implement planning initiatives and track progress Prepare insightful financial analyses and reports to support decision-making Lead local compliance and internal control matters Contribute to and potentially lead finance and administration projects Qualifications:
Master’s degree in finance or equivalent from university or business school 3-5 years of experience in budgeting, finance, or controlling Expert proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Experience with Power BI, SAP, or Anaplan is a plus Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are an advantage Strong analytical and organizational skills Proven ability to work collaboratively and drive results High level of reliability and integrity Proactive and self-directed work style We offer:
