Solutions Consultant , you will help prospects understand how our technology transforms their customer service operations, design creative solutions, and guide them from “that sounds interesting” to “we need this now”. Occasionally you will travel throughout North America support sales cycles and attend company events.
What you’ll do
Partner with Account Executives to position Zowie, build strong relationships within target accounts, overcome technical objections, and win deals.
Dive deep into customer challenges through discovery sessions – become an expert in understanding their unique business processes and identifying where AI can transform their operations.
Design innovative, tailored solutions using our cutting‑edge AI Agent and AI Inbox that address each prospect’s specific needs.
Showcase your creations through compelling demonstrations that bring technical possibilities to life.
Lead hands‑on Proof of Concept engagements where customers experience the real value of Zowie in their own environment.
Craft detailed implementation roadmaps that set everyone up for success – ensuring smooth transitions from vision to reality.
Collaborate with implementation teams and technology partners to ensure customers achieve the outcomes you promised.
3+ years in a customer‑facing technical role – pre‑sales, solutions engineering, customer success, technical account management, or consulting.
A track record of success with enterprise clients – navigate complex organizational structures and build consensus across departments.
Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams as the “voice of the customer”.
A history of building strong working relationships, especially with sales teams – thrive in cross‑functional environments where a unified front solves complex problems.
