The Property Administrator supports the Property Management team by handling office operations, tenant relations, and basic accounting tasks. This role is key in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations and delivering excellent tenant service. Key Responsibilities:

Welcome visitors and address their needs politely and efficiently. Answer and direct phone calls professionally. Process invoices using Nexus, ensuring correct budget coding and timely payment. Track and correct work orders for accurate tenant billing. Prepare statements for miscellaneous charges and follow up on unpaid rent. Maintain files, including tenant certificates of insurance and contact information. Help resolve tenant service requests and coordinate team responses. Report incidents that could lead to property or equipment damage. Coordinate maintenance services and manage vendor contracts. Handle mail and packages. Monitor and order office supplies; coordinate repairs of office equipment. Assist Property Manager, General Manager, and Chief Engineer with additional tasks as needed. Requirements:

High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred. Experience supporting a Commercial Property Management team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, reception duties, work orders, certificates of insurance, tenant interactions, construction management, Angus, and AP/AR. Strong commitment to customer service. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
