Job Summary The Controller will report directly to the Regional Controller and will provide leadership and direction for managing the operation's financial position, interpretation, assets, procurement activity, payroll system, and internal controls. Responsibilities include developing annual operating plans, departmental budgets, forecasts, cost reduction initiatives, and profitability analysis.
Required Education and Experience
Minimum of 5 years leading the financial responsibilities of an operating unit.
BS Degree in Accounting or Finance.
At least 3 years of progressive leadership/management experience at a manufacturing facility.
Fluency in English.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Effective verbal and written communication skills with all levels of staff.
Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Complete Monthly Closing cycles accurately reflecting the financial position.
Provide financial analysis and guidance to management.
Lead planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
Monitor financial policies and internal controls to safeguard assets.
Lead procurement activities ensuring adherence to company values.
Provide financial and manufacturing analysis as needed.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
