We are seeking an experienced

Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster

to handle moderate to complex auto liability and property damage claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines claims, with excellent investigation, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Compensation

Requirements

3+ years of progressive claims experience, with a strong focus on Commercial Auto. Strong knowledge of auto liability, bodily injury, and property damage claims Experience managing claims from first notice of loss through resolution Familiarity with claim management systems (e.g., Guidewire, Xactimate, etc.) Adjuster’s license in TX, FL, or GA required (or ability to obtain) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities Ability to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities

Investigate, evaluate, and resolve commercial auto claims including bodily injury, property damage, and liability exposures Determine coverage, liability, and damages through thorough investigations Maintain accurate and timely claim files in accordance with company procedures and best practices Communicate effectively with policyholders, claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties Work with repair facilities, medical providers, and other third-party vendors to support claim resolution Negotiate settlements in accordance with company guidelines and applicable state regulations Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
