Responsibilities:
The Revenue Growth Management Analyst will report to the Manager of Revenue Growth & Strategic Analytics. This position provides analytics-based insights on market pricing, portfolio elasticity, promotional performance, and price pack architecture (PPA), with the goal of delivering profitable growth for Emerging Brands. The role involves executing and supporting short-term strategic initiatives. Lead the development of promotional insights to inform our cross-functional team on the impact of trade events through post-event analysis, pricing studies, promotional models, and other tools. Track, evaluate, and share insights on trade strategy changes against planned assumptions. Assist in developing the ROI measurement model to communicate the impact of various marketing, e-commerce, and trade strategies. Provide strategic insights related to price pack architecture, including price ladders, price/value curves, shopper insights, and channel strategy. Report and dashboard internal and competitive pricing to understand market changes and potential impacts. Collaborate with the RGM & SA Manager to develop key pricing insights and recommend actions before sharing with the sales organization, acting as a strategic advisor. Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Sales Strategy, Brand Marketing & Insights) on strategic projects as needed. Qualifications:
Required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. At least 2 years of sales, marketing, or sales strategy experience in the CPG industry. Experience with syndicated data sources (Circana, Spins, NielsenIQ). Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Curiosity and proactive initiative. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work collaboratively on complex projects. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Effective time management skills. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, or work authorization). Location:
