Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code) Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and legal review of business transactions Valuation and monitoring of inventories, including preparation of related analyses and reports General ledger support for various B2C business processes, adjustment and monitoring of reports, reconciliation and posting Participation in projects focused on the design and improvement of internal processes, and further development of accounting guidelines for the group Serving as a professional finance contact for colleagues from other departments Acting as an interface to internal and external partners (auditors, consultants) Your profile:
Qualification in international accounting or equivalent certification At least 5 years of professional experience in general ledger accounting within the consumer goods industry Proficient in preparing financial statements in accordance with HGB Knowledge in consolidation and/or cash management is an advantage Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented working approach Motivated to take on new and challenging tasks with a high degree of personal responsibility Team player Proficient in Excel and SAP (FI/CO) Fluent in German and good command of English is essential in our international environment; additional languages are a plus We offer:
