Boxwheel Trailer Leasing, LLC ("Boxwheel" or the "Company") is seeking an experienced Credit/Collections Supervisor/Manager to oversee credit operations and guide collections efforts. This role involves evaluating credit risks, managing accounts receivable, fostering collaboration with internal teams, and maintaining relationships with external customers to achieve financial objectives. The Candidate will support Boxwheel in all aspects of credit and collections. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Refine, develop, implement, and monitor credit policies and procedures to minimize financial risk. Assess the creditworthiness of potential and existing customers by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and payment histories. Provide recommendations for credit approvals based on comprehensive analysis. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to establish appropriate credit terms and limits based on customer risk profiles. Oversee and coordinate the collections process for overdue accounts and establish collection strategies to ensure timely collections and reduce overdue balances. Prepare regular reports detailing accounts receivable performance, collections metrics, and outstanding debt levels, including exposure levels and bad debt analysis. Coordinate resolution of customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and payment processes; including negotiating payment plans and/or settlements with delinquent account holders. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers to facilitate open communication. Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit and collections management. Expertise in commercial collections and business-to-business credit analysis; including, proven ability to approve credit applications and evaluate risk effectively. Strong knowledge of credit policies and procedures, including knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to credit and collections. Proficiency in preparing financial reports related to credit exposure and bad debt. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and resolving disputes; including negotiation abilities. English and Spanish language fluency, verbal and written. Salary: $90,000 - $100,000; + bonus; + health benefits; + 401k. Base salary will be dependent on experience. Seniority level
