Founded in 1946, Tennessee Wildlife Federation is one of the state’s oldest and most influential organizations dedicated to conserving Tennessee’s wildlife and natural resources. To support our continued growth and expansion, we are adding a new Grant Accountant position to the team. Position and responsibilities
Reporting to the Deputy Chief of Operations and working closely with the Staff Accountant and program teams, this position is responsible for overseeing all post-award grant accounting functions. This includes budget development support, financial tracking, expenditure monitoring, compliance with funding requirements, preparation of reports and invoices, and grant closeout. The Grant Accountant plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate accounting, timely reporting, and robust internal controls for various public and private grant sources.
