Be among the first 25 applicants. This role involves leading operations for cash collections and reconciliation within the Cluster’s Home Health & Hospice agencies, and collaborating with Revenue Cycle Portfolio Leaders to develop and maintain world-class best practices for the Cluster. The role also partners with other billers, Revenue Cycle Portfolio Leaders, and Service Center AR Resources to ensure a strong AR function across the organization. Responsibilities

Creates accountability for collection efforts and procedures for Executive Directors and Revenue Cycle Portfolio Leaders. Provides coverage for cash posters in the event of short-term or unexpected absences. Partners with cluster Executive Directors and/or Revenue Cycle Portfolio Leaders to provide training to Cash Posters. Establishes and maintains positive and collaborative working relationships with Portfolio Billers and Collectors. Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of payor contracts and ensures that payors are collecting according to contract provisions. Maintains a comprehensive working knowledge of government billing regulations, including Medicare and Medicaid regulations, and serves as a resource for agency personnel. Partners with cluster Executive Directors and/or AR Market Leaders, as well as Billers/Billing Managers, on payor projects in a timely manner. Attends Agency BAM meetings to identify and report on Collections received. Additional Information
