Overview

Guest Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests via phone and email. Respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries, special requests, and general questions. Maintain a warm, courteous, and brand-aligned tone in all communications. Reservation Management:
Confirm, modify, and manage reservations using a restaurant reservation platform such as
Tock . Monitor reservation flow and availability to optimize guest seating and experience. Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team regarding guest needs and updates. Requirements
Experience:
Customer service and restaurant experience preferred. Details
Location:
Longwood Gardens – 1001 Longwood Road, Kennett Square, PA 19348 Schedule:
Full-time and part-time; days and hours may vary. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. More details upon interview. Pay Range:
$18.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour Perks:
