Job Summary This individual ensures that assigned business operations are efficient and effective by establishing good rapport with clients, identifying profit opportunities, and developing strategic plans. Key Responsibilities Manage resources, ensure proper distribution of services, and analyze systems Lead business performance in line with the company scorecard and participate in strategic planning Build relationships at all organizational levels Develop an effective, results-driven team within the region Assist in the sales process, including site surveys, presentations, negotiations, and final contract approvals Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 7+ years of experience, including 5+ years in management Experience in personnel management, hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning Ability to multi-task and focus amid interruptions Decision-making skills based on financial reports and data Proven ability to improve profitability, sustainability, and creativity aligned with business strategy Ability to work across multiple service lines Apply to Compass Group today!
