About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team on a Contract to Hire basis. This role focuses on managing AP functions with a strong understanding of accounting principles to ensure invoices are accurately coded to the chart of accounts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring both technical expertise and polished professionalism to the team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice entry, coding, approvals, and payments.
Monitor and manage the AP inbox to ensure timely response and processing of vendor invoices.
Accurately code invoices based on the company’s chart of accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
Support month-end close processes related to AP.
Qualifications Must Have:
3+ years of dedicated AP experience.
Hands‑on experience with Ramp
Experience managing and monitoring an AP inbox.
Preferred / Nice to Have:
Experience with NetSuite.
Personality & Soft Skills
Polished, professional communication style.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
