Reliance One, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Controller to lead and oversee the accounting operations for our client. The Controller will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting functions while ensuring compliance with GAAP and driving financial accuracy, efficiency, and integrity within the organization. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and motivated Controller who thrives in a dynamic, manufacturing environment. Compensation: Up to $145,000. Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the company’s accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), payroll, and cost accounting. Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts for executive leadership. Monitor internal controls, develop policies and procedures, and ensure GAAP compliance. Partner with operations to analyze and improve product cost structures and inventory management. Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial consultants. Support recruiting efforts and foster a positive workplace culture. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Qualifications

5+ years of accounting/finance experience in a manufacturing environment (small to mid-sized company experience is essential). Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA is a plus). Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing financials. Ability to wear multiple hats and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
