Job Description Rite-Hite is seeking a
Sr. Financial Analyst
to support our FP&A team and functional leadership. In this role, you will drive the implementation of FP&A processes and deliver ad hoc analyses that support enterprise-wide decision making. You will partner closely with finance and functional leaders, including executive leadership, to provide insights, improve processes, and influence business outcomes. You will report directly to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. This position is located at our Global Headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 3 days on-site.
Responsibilities
Coordinate global financial planning and forecasting processes, standardizing across business units.
Progress forecasting to a driver-based approach, incorporating internal and external drivers of performance.
Collaborate with accounting on month-end results, including P&L and balance sheet activity.
Lead the consolidation and preparation of monthly financial results, annual budget, semi-annual forecasts, and business metrics for the Rite-Hite Enterprise.
Manage Headquarters SG&A cost centers and partner with functional leadership on ad hoc requests.
Develop and present regular reports and presentations for management, summarizing performance, trends, and improvement initiatives with actionable insights.
Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as assigned to drive strategic objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
5-7 years of experience in progressive finance roles
2-3 years of experience in FP&A
Experience in an industrial manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred
Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CTP, FPAC) is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and modern software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
Detail-oriented with high accuracy and a proactive approach to problem-solving
High integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation
Adaptable in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity
